The typical process for handling exception payments, such as multiples, correspondence, and check only transactions, is labor intensive.

With Mavro Virtual Batching Technology, all exception payments are simply extracted and scanned with no sorting required. Wasteful multi-touch processing is eliminated and the system becomes much more efficient.

  Featured Customer

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. ACLJ receives between 40,000 and 50,000 pieces of mail each week.

ACLJ's processing methods were extremely labor intensive, requiring operators to manually sort envelopes, extract contents, create batches, key from paper, and encode and physically deposit checks.

To automate the ACLJ operation, Mavro coupled an Opex scanner with several modules from its MavBridgeâ„¢ Software Suite. Throughput has more than doubled, the need for temporary workers has been eliminated, and the MavBridge system provides real-time donation processing within ACLJ's PledgeMaker Fundraising software.
