MavBridge™ Data Enrichment Modules (DEMs)

DEMs are a series of easy-to-use, plug-and-play applications that mesh seamlessly with the MavBridge™ Software Suite. The DEMs use a collection of post-scan image enhancement processes to produce the best possible images. Each module runs automatically, requiring no user intervention.

Image Enhancement – despeckles images to improve readability and reduce file size, extracts critical areas from a larger document, down-samples to reduce file size or up-samples to support downstream compatibility.

Document Classification – automatically identifies documents using an intelligent combination of OCR, barcode, mark sense, and dimensional data, and provides the ability to manually classify documents when necessary.

Data Capture – automatically captures document data via OCR/ICR, CAR/LAR, barcode reading, and mark sense, and provides the ability to use image-enabled keying to capture other data as needed.

Document Indexing – reads document index information using the OCR, barcode, and mark sense capabilities. Automatically adjusts for skew and shift. Validates the data using built-in validation functions..
