The DS1225p eliminates the need for a separate document prep process. Its unique drop feed technology can handle the widest range of documents of any scanner without fear of double feeds or document damage. Simply drop documents onto the conveyor and it automatically aligns and flattens them regardless of variable sizes and thicknesses. The DS1225p even handles torn, wrinkled, stapled, folded, and damaged documents without the need for careful stacking or jogging. Checks, invoices, correspondence, envelopes, and other documents can all be scanned intermixed with little or no preparation.
