Mavro does not use a pre-packaged, regimented training plan for our system implementations. Instead, we provide training specific to each customer’s needs. We employ a variety of training methods, such as hands-on exercises, videos, and user documentation.
And our training doesn’t just stop once your system is installed. To ensure that you will get the most from your Mavro software, we provide operational training until your users are up to speed and comfortable with the system.
With average response times of less than two minutes and average resolution times under 90 minutes, our support metrics speak for themselves. The members of our domestically-based support team have an average of over 15 years of industry experience. We work hard to resolve support issues as quickly as possible, but always strive to identify and correct the root cause.
